Join our team as a Project Supplier Quality Manager, where you will play a central and significant role in ensuring the quality of our products with our system suppliers! In this important role, you will face complex challenges across a wide range of products and have the opportunity to make a real difference in our customer projects. You will coordinate all activities related to supplier quality and work closely with the responsible Project Quality Manager to develop comprehensive quality plans. How You Will Make an Impact

• Act as the primary contact between suppliers and project teams, building strong relationships to improve quality outcomes. Both internal relationships within Siemens Energy and with our system suppliers.
• Establish and implement monitoring plans for suppliers to effectively reduce project risks.
• Assess suppliers' capabilities to meet specific project requirements and ensure they align with customer expectations. We run projects in every corner of the world, and no project is the same; project requirements can vary significantly depending on local regulations and requirements. This can be both challenging and very educational and developmental.
• Schedule and coordinate inspection dates with suppliers, facilitating key inspection points for both customers and Siemens Energy.
• Collect, review, and validate documentation related to supplier quality, including declarations, inspection and test plans, and certificates.

What You Bring

• We are looking for someone with experience in purchasing quality, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery, boilers, or process industry. Knowledge of welding is also a plus.
• Previous experience in product quality and understanding of manufacturing processes and/or project processes is highly desirable.
• Experience with CE marking, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD, or similar standards is advantageous. It is also beneficial if you are accustomed to interpreting and understanding standards and customer requirements.
• You have excellent English skills, both spoken and written, which is a requirement for the position. Swedish is highly desirable.
• You have a structured and collaborative approach, thrive in team environments, and drive projects forward.
